About John Green Health and Safety

John Green Health and Safety

Our company advisors have many years of experience in the Health and Safety industry. All aspects of Health and Safety advice, documentation and implementation are carried out by our company to the highest standards in line with current legislation.

We have assisted numerous clients in all aspects of Health and Safety and have worked within education, retail, sports and leisure, construction, manufacturing, haulage and hospitality. As well as assisting companies with the implementation of Health and Safety policies and safe systems of work we are often required to assist companies with issues raised by the HSE (e.g. Improvement notices etc.) We pride ourselves on working closely with both the client and the HSE to achieve the best possible outcomes in these cases, reducing major fines to the companies involved.

We work with companies to improve their Health and Safety standards, to protect both the company and the employees by putting in place and updating safe systems of work. In many cases companies do not have relevant systems and training in place and individual training can be offered to employees/employers in Manual Handling, Working at Height, Health and Safety at Work, Ladder use, Asbestos, Safety checks on machinery pre use, Fire, COSHH, DSEAR, Qualitative Respirator Face Fit Tests, Level 1 & 2 Food Safety, Hygiene training and much more.

All training is carried out to current legislation and certification is provided.

Our company advisors are all fully qualified Health and Safety professionals and are members of RoSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) and IIRSM (International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.) With CITB Accreditation we are also able to provide Health and Safety Training within their suggested frameworks. John Green Health and Safety is a CITB approved Training organisation.
